At ALTAR, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality spiritual goods to support your spiritual journey. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or work as intended. As such, we are happy to offer exchanges on products within 14 days of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. Products must be in their original condition and packaging. Additionally, we cannot accept exchanges on products that have been opened or used.
